2.8.3 External Organization Category Settings​

Maintain the category of external organizations, along with related permissions, numbering rules, and data entity properties for institutions and departments.

[Detailed Functions Note]

  1. Create

    • New features include setting institution category names, configuring administrators, data editors, data visibility permissions, institution data numbering rules, custom institution category properties, and custom department properties.
    • Note: When creating each external institution category, the system provides default properties even if no custom properties are set for that external institution category or its subordinate departments.

  2. Edit

    • Click "Edit" under operation section to modify.

  3. Delete

    • If the category is not referenced, it can be deleted; otherwise, it cannot be deleted.
